It is better to roam with car or bike because it is very difficult to manage or convince a toto driver in respect to expenses or places you want to visit. And you can't leave a single place in respect to it's value. Saat Deul From Memari take Memari-Tarakeswar road, it is around 7.2 km from the railway station. Go straight and then turn right towards Salda. Amadpur From Memari take Memari-Paharhati road, it is around 4.6 km from the railway station. Go straight and then turn left from Amadpur more. | More Information: | Amadpur Amadpur used to be a large territory in Burdwan history, then times come and it has given birth of Memari which is now a days adjacent with Amadpur. That is why Amadpur consists of many jamindar houses and old Terracotta temples. Till dates the houses and temples are found even though the condition of those architectures are going to be ruined. All the spots are nearby except Banagram ashram. So on a tour circle one can finish visiting all the places. Among seven deuls in West Bengal, Saat deul is one of those beautiful architectures which follows the style of Orrissan Rekha deul and presently maintained by IAS. The road inside the paddy field through which you have to pass is so beautiful. The deul is worth watching by it's shape and design which follows Pancharatna style. The entire area is well maintained and the garden looks very beautiful in season. PlanningMake a proper sequence to visit the places without harassment.
